Project Management
Full project management from design and bills of quantities (especially for civil works) through tendering right up to project handover — with in-house cost awareness at every stage.
Construction Supervision
Quality control with a view to ensuring specifications, programme lines, and budget are adhered to. Site agents when required, plus regular site visits and meetings to monitor quality and schedules.
